Service disruption

OP-EZY are aware of issues with our services due to disruption of DSL and phone line service our server is hosted on. We hope to be up as soon as possible, but currently have no ETA of when this will be. This site will be kept updated as we receive more information. We hope this won't be a repeat of the issues we had last year.

Update: 2013-11-05 12:00:32 - It turns out our provider is currently in the process of being taken over by another. As a result of this their call centres are unreachable. A rather bad time for a fault to appear on the line. We'll keep trying and update this page as often as possible.

Update: 2013-11-05 12:52:12 - Finally been able to get a response from someone through the medium of Twitter of all places.

"We've had to place an order to bring your services across to us, your phone line will complete today but broadband is the 9th ^CH"

Unfortunately, until then, all OP-EZY services will remain down.

Update: 2013-11-05 14:18:58 - True to their word, the phone service has been restored. But no Internet. Services still down.

Update: 2013-11-10 13:16:57 - According to our new provider, there was a misconfiguration at the phone exchange. This will mean we'll be offline for a few more days. They estimate we should be back online on Monday, but I'd say Tuesday would be a more realistic estimate. The OP-EZY servers are still running ok, and will automatically reconfigure themselves when the connection is restored.

Update: 2013-11-12 17:21:34 - Well, we're finally back online, but now our line has a heavy 50Hz hum. Our provider is aware of the issue and hopes this will be resolved by the 14th November. Services should be available but running slow.

Update: 2013-11-14 19:54:21 - The line has been fixed, we're just waiting on our new ISP to confirm the line is ok before the speed is increased back to normal. Our upload rate is already back, so our sites should appear to be running fine.

Update: 2013-11-15 16:53:02 - Looks like the SNR reset has been done, our connection is back to the normal speed. Issue has been resolved.
